What You’ll DoConnect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up communication
Build long-term client relationships through strong service and professionalism
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
