We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and provide customers with equipment and technical solutions tailored to their operations.
What You’ll DoBuild and manage long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and key decision-makers
Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings
Identify customer needs and develop the right equipment/technical solutions
Partner with internal technical and estimating teams on proposals and projects
Manage your territory, pipeline, and sales opportunities
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
4+ years of successful sales or customer-facing experience
Agriculture, grain handling, equipment, or technical sales experience preferred
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable with regular travel
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Remote flexibility with territory ownership
Work with a highly respected global agricultural organization
