Knock is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a fully remote team of Account Executives. You will drive outreach, lead generation, conversion, and loan application volume while coaching AEs to improve performance and win against competing products.
You will hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs, ensure pipeline accuracy in Meridian Link Mortgage, and collaborate with Lending Operations and Underwriting to keep applications moving and remove blockers for leadership.
