Wider Circle is seeking a remote Outreach Specialist to contact Medicare beneficiaries by phone, educate them on benefits, obtain the Scope of Appointment, and schedule plan presentations with licensed agents.
The role requires at least two years in Medicare telesales or call-center customer service, a proven quota record, and proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and the Microsoft Office suite. You will work a fixed 40-hour schedule with occasional after-hours as needed.
