• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients across various industries
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently
• Leverage sales telemarketing techniques to maximize outreach and engagement efforts
• Negotiate terms with clients, address objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain high levels of customer service during all client interactions, ensuring positive experiences and long-term relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that generate warm leads and foster business development opportunities

• Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling sales roles with a focus on aquatic products or services
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and familiarity with sales automation technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, and cold calling
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new sales technologies quickly and efficiently
• Customer-focused mindset with strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client engagement
