CPT-Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

• Call client-generated annuity and life-insurance leads using provided scripts
• Confirm basic interest and availability while handling objections professionally
• Schedule qualified prospects on the client's or designated agent's calendar
• Update lead records, call outcomes, and notes in Go High Level
• Maintain accurate follow-up information to ensure no promising leads are lost
• Provide basic end-of-day reporting as requested

• Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, customer service, or lead generation
• Strong spoken English with a native or near-native accent
• Proficiency with phone/dialer systems and calendar scheduling tools
• Ability to work 10 hours per week (potential to increase to 20+)
• Comfortable working with U.S.
  
  -based consumers

• Experience with Go High Level  or other CRM platforms
• Background in insurance, annuity, mortgage, banking, or financial services
• Strong objection-handling skills
