• Act as the direct point-of-contact for customers post-sales, guiding implementation and adoption.
• Leverage data to engage with the right customers at the right time, focusing on 1:many outreach.
• Help build a best-in-class Digital Led CS organization while executing at a high level.

• Use customer journey data to drive onboarding and activation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, coordinating across the account team.
• Provide technical guidance and prescriptive selling to maximize product value.
• Own the renewal process, forecasting weekly, and identify expansion opportunities.

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and thrive in a highly ambiguous startup environment.
• Highly data-driven with a track record of using product telemetry and growth signals.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and eager to own a number.
• Excellent communication, organized, and able to manage a large customer portfolio.
