- Receive and process customer requests, drawing up technical and commercial proposals together with technologists, and prepare related documents.
- Send requests for quotation to partners, obtain offers, and draw up the offer to the customer.
- Solve non-standard situations when a request falls outside the standard script.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2 or higher), with German or French a big plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Comfortable with handling non-standard situations and motivated to improve processes.
Working Conditions:
- 100% home office, remote, full-time B2B contract.
- Work daily with CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, and cloud documents.
