Key Account Manager; Fully Remote

• Drive commercial uptake of Montu platforms, brands, and product lines, including increased UMeds usage and prescription volumes.
• Conduct partner needs assessments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Deliver forecasting, account planning, and performance reporting.

Partner Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic groups.
• Act as the central liaison between partners and Montu, ensuring clear communication.
• Provide high-quality ongoing support in collaboration with internal teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Montu platforms, products, and innovations.
• Educate partners on product benefits and clinical applications.
• Communicate the value of Montu’s technology-enabled solutions using data and evidence.

Operational Excellence &

Collaboration:

• Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activity and market insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
