A very rare opportunity for an experienced legal marketing, business development or recruitment professional in the BD/marketing space to step into a genuinely entrepreneurial role and help build out an established and highly regarded corporate communications training business.
Our client is a specialist communications consultancy which has been working with businesses and senior professionals for almost 2 decades across eg the legal, financial services, media and retail sectors, both domestically and internationally. Its distinctive approach combines drama-based techniques with insights from neuroscience to help people become more confident, compelling and effective communicators.
Whether that includes enhancing presentation and public-speaking skills, storytelling, influence, gravitas or executive presence.
At its heart is an exceptionally warm, engaging and entrepreneurial founder who has built the business, its methodology and reputation from the ground up.
The role is not a traditional employed sales position. We are seeking someone to be the commercial and business-dev driving force alongside the founder: identifying opportunities in familiar and /or new markets, opening doors, developing new relationships, consolidating existing ones, helping to shape pitches and proposals, generating leads and converting introductions into long-term corporate training relationships etc.
Looking for someone highly personable and collaborative, with natural initiative, with sales / marketing /BD experience in either the legal, media or financial services sector (ideally). Flexible hours and WFH on offer. Equity is available in the short to mid term for the right person.
