Outbound Caller​/Virtual Assistant Remote | Part-Time

We are looking for an awesome Outbound Caller / Virtual Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!

Make outbound calls to property owners from a pre-built contact list

Follow buyer-specific scripts tailored to each property category (condos, fix-and-flips, mobile home parks, commercial, etc.)

Confirm property ownership and gauge seller interest

Book in-person or phone meetings for the clients

Log call outcomes and contact status in the tracking sheet (currently Google Sheets, possibly migrating to Airtable)

Potentially pivot to calling real estate agents to pitch the client's ecosystem

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Proven outbound calling experience - cold calling, appointment setting, or phone sales

Thick skin - high rejection rate is expected and normal

Clear, natural, conversational English - rapport-building is the core of the role

Comfortable working from a script while sounding natural

Organized and reliable in logging outcomes

Real estate industry background or familiarity (wholesaling, property sourcing, or investment)

Spanish-speaking ability (mentioned as a future bonus for expanded market calling)

Experience with Google Sheets or Airtable for call tracking
