Our client is an established international player helping businesses grow faster and smarter through high-quality offshore workforce solutions.

As part of their continued US expansion, we're looking for three Business Development Managers, each taking ownership of one dedicated vertical:

This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit an established sales playbook. You'll take ownership of your vertical and build the market largely from the ground up. It's a greenfield opportunity offering significant autonomy, strong internal support and high expectations around performance.

As Business Development Manager, you'll become the commercial owner of your vertical across the US. You'll own the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on new-logo acquisition and self-generated pipeline.

You'll sell offshore workforce solutions that give companies access to professionals across areas including IT, software development, accounting, billing, scheduling and other specialist functions.

You’ll primarily sell to founders, CEOs and CFOs within the SMB segment (5-100 employees)

• Own the commercial development of your vertical in the US market and help shape the GTM strategy.
• Build a predominantly self-generated pipeline and consistently win new logos.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Grow existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell strategically to founders, CEOs and CFOs.
• Meet clients face-to-face on a regular basis.
• Operate independently while collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.

• Proven hunter capable of independently generating pipeline.
• Clear and consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong executive presence with experience selling to founders, CEOs and CFOs
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable building a GTM motion rather than inheriting one.
• Comfortable operating independently and collaborating across international time zones.
• Experience in tech, healthcare, financial services, recruitment or business process outsourcing.

• Uncapped commission through a 12-month trailing commission structure.
• At target performance, variable earnings will be approximately $80K per year, and growing to $120K-160K in year 2.
• Possibility for fully remote working within the US, combined with regular face-to-face customer meetings.
