Business Development Manager, Staffing & Recruitment Fully Remote

• Our staffing and recruitment business is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect through networking, referrals, Linked In, email, phone outreach, and industry groups.
• Introduce prospective clients to our recruiting services and uncover hiring challenges.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and persistent without being overly aggressive.
• Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing, or recruiting is desirable.
