• Affirm seeks a Director of Sales to lead four Account Executives focused on signing platform partnerships with ISVs and SaaS providers.
• Reporting to the Senior Director, ISV Partnerships, you will shape high-velocity sales motion and drive measurable results.

• Lead, coach, and develop your team while defining go-to-market strategy and owning outcomes from opportunity to launch.
• Bring rigor to prospecting, pipeline management, and deal strategy to accelerate growth.
• Represent the platform ecosystem internally to influence product and strategy.

• 10+ years sales experience with 5+ years leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in hunting and closing complex deals with ISVs and platform businesses.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
