Sales Development Representative

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to fuel our pipeline and set the stage for our sales team to close big. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates across LATAM — perfect for someone who's hungry, coachable, and ready to build a career in sales.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospects — sparking interest, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings that our Account Executives turn into closed deals.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Follow outreach playbooks and sequences to maximize connect rates
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR, telesales, or customer-facing role (or strong desire to break into sales)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
