Daily ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Present and clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide post-enrollment support
Maintain accurate and detailed digital records
Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls
Customer service, consultative sales, or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital tools
Fully remote work environment
