Wired Score and Meter are building the next generation of connectivity for commercial real estate, and we're looking for someone to own our growth across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah
.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows the office real estate ecosystem
, has a strong network across the market, and loves building pipeline from scratch.

• Build Wired Score and Meter's presence across the Southwest market.
• Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords.
• Build partnerships with brokers and other key CRE stakeholders.
• Own your territory end-to-end: mapping the market, prospecting, opening opportunities and closing deals.
• Become a recognised face of Wired Score and Meter within the local commercial real estate community.

• Have a proven track record in sales or business development and know how to build your own pipeline.
• Know the commercial real estate ecosystem — particularly office — and understand how owners, landlords, brokers and property managers make decisions.
• Already have a strong network of relevant relationships you can activate in the market.
• Are a true hunter: self-sufficient, commercially minded and comfortable building without a large supporting infrastructure.
• Can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and own a market independently.
• Are based in or around Phoenix and comfortable travelling regular across the region.
