Salesperson, Inside Sales

Seawoods LLC is seeking a part-time Salesperson to support customer engagement and drive sales growth in a remote setting.

The Salesperson will help generate and convert leads by building relationships with prospective and existing customers. This role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Working remotely from Morrison, CO, you'll collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs, communicate product value clearly, and contribute to a positive sales culture.

• Engage customers through phone and remote conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prospect and follow up on leads to move opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records to support reporting and performance tracking
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution of questions or concerns
• Partner with internal teams to improve messaging, identify opportunities, and support sales initiatives

• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (or demonstrable experience achieving sales targets)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product value
• Confidence working independently while staying organized and meeting goals
• Basic proficiency with common business tools used to manage leads and customer interactions
• Professional conduct and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge with aquariums, habitats and enclosures

• Experience selling in a fast-paced environment with measurable performance expectations
• Familiarity with lead generation and pipeline management practices
• Ability to learn product details quickly and adapt recommendations to different customer profiles
• Experience working part-time with reliable availability and consistent follow-through

Hourly rate: $15.00 - $22.00
