Insurance Sales, Insurance Agent & Advisor
You know that good commercial insurance starts with understanding the business behind the policy. In this role, you’ll sit down with business owners and decision-makers, learn how their operations work, uncover their exposures, and build coverage recommendations that make sense for what they’ve actually built.
The Fiorito Allstate Agency is entering a new chapter under new ownership. We’re building a team that wants to grow together, share referrals, learn from one another, and take real ownership of results. You’ll have regular coaching and development, along with the opportunity to build and manage your own commercial book of business.
As a Commercial Insurance Sales Rep
, your work will span consultative discovery, prospecting, account management, renewals, and explaining complex insurance concepts in a way clients can understand. We value integrity, follow-through, organization, and doing right by the client, even when the harder answer is the better one.
The base salary is $50,000, with uncapped earning potential and performance bonuses. You’ll also have PTO, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, continuing education, and flexibility to work from home in a hybrid setup.
As the commercial department grows, there will be an opportunity to move into a leadership role within the department. We’d love to meet someone who wants to help build it.
