Inside Sales Specialist

Our client is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team, working remotely to serve clients in and around Welkom . You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. This role is critical for driving revenue growth and expanding our client's reach within the Free State province.

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and assess customer needs to effectively present relevant products and services.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide detailed information to prospects.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer handover and follow-up process.

• Proven experience in inside sales , telemarketing, or a related sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
