RVP, US Sales; Fully Remote

• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment across the customer journey.
• Lead key deals and build relationships with top customers and strategic accounts.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team and board.

• 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
  Insurance Tech Sales preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling sales orgs.
• Deep experience with solution selling, value-based selling, and complex deal cycles.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS GTM funnel, from demand generation through close.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven and highly fluent in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline health.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments.
• Move fast, listen to users, and take a first principles approach.

• Base salary targeted at $200,000 to $215,000, plus stock options and benefits.
