Senior Customer Success Manager; Fully Remote

• You will own strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts within an assigned industry vertical.
• You will provide high-touch engagement and work with executive stakeholders to drive customer health and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Customer Success Manager for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, building and maintaining comprehensive account plans.
• Establish executive sponsor partnerships and conduct quarterly business reviews while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting within HCM, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships and deep understanding of HCM solutions.
• Fully remote work environment with a strategic, enterprise-focused customer portfolio.
