Inside Sales Representative

Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company

Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary

Ensure customer account information is up-to-date

Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team

Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Life insurance license preferred but not required — must be willing to obtain one

Previous phone sales, telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred

Confident and professional when communicating with clients by phone

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment

Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet remote workspace

Willing to participate in training, coaching, and role-play

Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills

No financial misdealers or felonies

$75,000 - $250,000/year
