- $40,000 W-2 base salary
- Commission on company-generated sales starting at 3%
- Commission on self-generated sales starting at 7%
- Monthly production bonuses
- Fuel allowance
- Company-generated homeowner appointments
- Company provided marketing materials (yard signs, door hangers, business cards, etc)
- Paid training and onboarding
- Marketing, CRM and sales support
- Local ownership and leadership
- Uncapped earning potential
- $100K–$175K+ realistic earning opportunity

- Have a track record of sales success
- Are financially motivated and competitive
- Can confidently ask for the sale
- Follow up and manage a pipeline
- Are professional and trustworthy
- Are coachable and accountable
- Can work independently
Roofing experience is helpful, but proven sales ability matters more.
