Job description
Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to interact with customers registered on our online portal, understand their business requirements, provide a demo of our software and promote key portal features to help them make the most of our platform. This is a work from home, Inside sales job, where you need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp.
Our clients are businesses located across India.
100% incentive based.
Preferred candidate profile- Work from home
- Candidate must be comfortable with business development, convincing clients
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
- Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
- Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
- Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
- Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Other languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
- 1-5 years of work experience.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must bring phone, computer and internet.
