Sr. Account Manager, Sales, Target - Naturium; Fully Remote

• The Senior Account Manager grows net sales and builds brand market share at Target for Naturium.
• This role develops omnichannel sales plans and executes directly with Target, optimizing distribution, shelf presence, and pricing.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with Target and e.l.f. Beauty cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, manage forecasts, and establish KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with the AVP to craft retail merchandising strategies and support junior team development.

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty or CPG with direct Target headquarters experience.
• Strong planning, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty with a bachelor's degree in business or similar.
