Key Account Executive

Our client is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be part of the Sales organization supporting key customer coverage
. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills
, the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
, and confidence in owning account outcomes which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Key Account Executive

Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Cover and maintain support for a key customer account within your territory to help keep service continuity.
• Work to backfill coverage needs when staffing challenges arise, ensuring the account remains supported.
• Coordinate day-to-day account activities during scheduled hours to support customer expectations.
• Act as the point of contact for account needs and help drive solutions that keep the territory whole.
• Follow the direction of the hiring manager and support the temporary workforce coverage plan through the requested period.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, 2-4 year college degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of outside direct sales/service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MSOffice, with excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to work from a home office with personal computer and internet access.
