Pay

$14–$17 per hour, plus uncapped commission

What You'll Do

• Connect with warm leads through high-volume outbound calls using our auto-dialer
• Help Michigan families protect their homes and cars
• Quote and close home and auto policies once you're licensed
• Compete for monthly bonuses, and celebrate wins with the team

Requirements

• 18 or older (required for a Michigan insurance license)
• High school diploma or GED
• Already hold, or willing to earn, a Michigan Property & Casualty license
• Able to pass a background check
• Available full time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Reliable transportation to our Grand Rapids office 3 days a week
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for your 2 days at home
• Comfortable using a computer, phone system, and dialer

Nice to Have

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license
• Experience in sales, call centers, customer service, restaurants, or retail
• Experience with a CRM or quoting software
