No previous merchant services experience is required — we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you’ll work directly with local businesses to help them improve their payment processing.

• Meeting with local business owners to discuss their payment processing needs
• Presenting Harlow’s payment solutions and explaining the benefits
• Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Negotiating pricing and service agreements
• Managing your territory and prospecting for new opportunities
• Tracking leads, meetings, and deals in our CRM system
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales goals

This role is primarily field-based and relationship-driven, giving you the opportunity to build a strong network in your territory.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous outside sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
