We are actively hiring a sales-focused Insurance Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within or aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell - someone who can build trust quickly, identify customer needs, and confidently close business. While insurance experience is a plus, we’re open to strong sales professionals from other industries (including life insurance or related fields) who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close policies
• Follow up consistently to convert leads and maintain pipeline activity
• Provide excellent customer service to drive retention and referrals

• Sales experience required (insurance or related fields strongly preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Must be comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
• Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and sales processes
