TPA Sales Consultant; Fully Remote

• Identify, cultivate, and close new opportunities with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, CPAs, and other retirement plan intermediaries.
• Deepen and broaden Strongpoint's distribution network across the assigned territory, building productive partnerships.
• Execute targeted sales strategies and local events to increase market awareness of TPA services and consulting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in field retirement plan sales, financial services distribution, or institutional sales, with a preference for internal/external financial services sales background.
• Familiarity with third-party administration, defined contribution plans, and defined benefit/cash balance plans.
• Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex plan concepts clearly.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Anticipated base pay range of $90,000-$125,000 annually plus commission/bonus structure.
