What you’ll do:

• Build meaningful relationships with local business owners
• Help employees understand benefits that can protect their families
• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Provide compassionate, dependable service
• Create new opportunities through networking and referrals

What you’ll receive:

• Weekly pay based on completed business

Compensation: Commission-based, with uncapped earning potential, bonuses, and renewals. Successful representatives may earn $85,000–$150,000+, depending on performance.

Location: Flexible remote work combined with local field activity
