Partner Development Advisor

Shield Co Insurance is looking for a motivated Partner Development Advisor to expand and strengthen our network of realtor and loan officer referral partners. As a Partner Development Advisor, you will play a key role in growing Shield Co Insurance's referral network by building and nurturing relationships with realtors and loan officers. You will lead educational sessions, cultivate new partnerships, and serve as a trusted resource for our partner community. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop expertise in partner development and insurance industry relationship management.

• Develop and expand a network of realtor and loan officer referral partners on a consistent weekly basis
• Lead engaging training sessions and educational classes for realtors to build awareness of Shield Co Insurance's offerings
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing referral partners
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within assigned markets or territories
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align partner development strategies with company goals
• Track and manage partner relationships and activities using CRM tools
• Represent Shield Co Insurance professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on partner feedback and market trends

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner relations, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups and leading educational sessions
• Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business development
• Ability to travel locally within {ADDRESS} as needed for partner meetings and events

• Prior experience working with realtors, loan officers, or in the real estate/mortgage industry
• Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
• Established professional network within the real estate or lending community

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms for remote training and partner engagement
• Basic understanding of sales pipeline management and reporting

This is a remote position based in the St. Louis and surrounding areas, offering a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience. Shield Co Insurance provides comprehensive training to set you up for success in this role.
