The Lee Matthews Allstate Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated, assertive, and results-driven Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer(s) to join our growing remote sales team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced insurance sales professional who is comfortable working in a high-activity, performance-driven environment. This position is designed for someone who enjoys talking with prospects, identifying insurance needs, presenting solutions, following up consistently, and asking for the sale.
Our agency provides leads and sales opportunities, but success requires initiative, persistence, accountability, and strong follow-up. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline rather than waiting for business to come to them.
Prior Allstate sales experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Policy Customization
:
Develop and recommend insurance solutions that align with each client's individual needs, exposures, budget, and coverage objectives.
Cross-Selling
:
Identify opportunities to strengthen client protection by offering complementary insurance products and appropriate additional coverage.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
:
Be assertive and consistent in contacting, nurturing, and following up with leads provided by the agency. Maintain an organized pipeline and actively work opportunities toward a decision.
Sales & Closing
:
Develop insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, overcome objections, ask for the business, and close sales.
Relationship Building
:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to promote satisfaction, retention, loyalty, cross-selling opportunities, and referrals to the agency.
Sales Accountability
:
Set and achieve established monthly sales targets within specified time frames while maintaining the daily activity necessary to achieve those goals.
Pipeline Management
:
Accurately document prospect activity, follow-ups, quotes, and sales opportunities within the agency's CRM and other required systems.
Continuous Learning
:
Stay informed about insurance products, underwriting requirements, industry trends, carrier updates, and sales strategies to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Team Collaboration
:
Work effectively with agency leadership and other team members to achieve individual and overall agency production goals.
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License OR active Georgia Non-Resident Property & Casualty License
- Minimum 1 year of recent remote Property & Casualty insurance sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to quote, present, follow up, overcome objections, and close insurance sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with defined sales goals, activity expectations, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and professional remote workspace
- Proficiency with PC-based systems, CRM platforms, phone systems, email, and digital communication tools
