We are seeking a relationship-driven Sales Specialist to join our Home Office team and provide regional sales support across Mosaic communities in Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires extensive travel and extended community assignments based on business needs. Housing and transportation are provided while traveling.

• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective residents and families
• Build and maintain referral relationships with discharge planners, social service professionals, healthcare partners, and community organizations
• Conduct home visits and presentations at senior centers, clinics, and other organizations
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, families, and referral partners
• Support community sales and outreach efforts based on occupancy needs
• Maintain accurate records and prepare timely sales and marketing reports
• Attend business and community events to build relationships and generate referrals
• Partner with community and Home Office leadership to support sales goals

This role requires extensive travel throughout Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona, including extended assignments at individual communities or markets. Typical Average assignments can last around 60days

• Excellent communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with community leadership
• Familiarity with senior living, senior care, healthcare, or relationship-based sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and meet performance goals
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus opportunities.

Housing and transportation are provided during travel assignments. This position reports to Mosaic's Home Office. No relocation assistance is provided.
