Territory Manager - Missoula, MT

Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys’ first commercial product, targeting hypertension and related conditions driven by dysregulated aldosterone.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute a territory business plan
• educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, analyze market trends, and meet sales targets
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience
• ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales
• prior launch experience and proven sales success valued
• strong clinical communication skills
• self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
• valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%
