National Sales Leader - AV​/SI Channels; Fully Remote

• Define and execute the North American AV/SI channel strategy, including partner segmentation, market coverage, investment priorities, and growth plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AV/SI channel team through clear objectives, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic Systems Integrators and establish multi-year joint business plans focused on shared growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, sales leadership, AV integration, Unified Communications, collaboration technologies, strategic partnerships, or a related technology sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading indirect sales organizations and managing strategic relationships with Systems Integrators, AV integrators, distributors, or technology partners.
• Strong understanding of Pro AV, Unified Communications, conferencing, collaboration technologies, indirect sales models, and partner economics.
• Anticipated total target compensation of $175,000–$220,000 annually, consisting of base salary plus commission.
• Full-time position within a North American commercial organization.
