Business Development Manager - Canada

Mantra Care is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Canada. This fully remote role focuses on developing new B2B opportunities, building relationships with employers, HR teams, healthcare organizations and employee wellbeing partners, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting Mantra Care's growth in the Canadian market.

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the Canadian market.
• Generate leads through Linked In, email, phone outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, employers, healthcare organizations and wellness teams across Canada.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and leadership teams to support business growth.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Client Acquisition or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with lead generation and the B2B sales cycle.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience working with Canadian organizations is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, EAP, employee wellbeing, corporate wellness, HR technology or digital healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Canadian corporate wellness, employee benefits or healthcare market is an advantage.
