Field-based Hemophilia Account Specialist focused on expanding Pfizer's rare disease portfolio through strategic, compliant customer engagement with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hematologists, and care teams.
Responsibilities- drive sales performance via in-person interactions, build relationships, deliver approved disease and product messaging, support appropriate access and reimbursement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years with associates or 10+ years with high school diploma); minimum 3 years in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing, with preference for Hemophilia or specialty sales experience.
- strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, reimbursement, digital engagement, and strategic account management.
- focus on hemophilia, biologics, specialty reimbursement, and patient access strategies.
- Field-based within Tennessee and part of Alabama, primarily remote with travel to accounts; overnight stays may be required.
