Role
Field-based Cardiopulmonary Specialist focused on promoting treatments for PAH and PH-ILD within assigned territories, primarily Austin and San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities- build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, primarily cardiologists and pulmonologists;
- educate on UT products like Tyvaso;
- analyze sales data;
- develop strategic business plans;
- coordinate with team members;
- attend conferences and community events;
- ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s in nursing, life sciences, or equivalent;
- 8+ years of pharma sales experience, with 4+ years in specialty biotech/medications;
- at least 2 years selling in major centers;
- strong knowledge of cardiovascular/pulmonary therapeutics;
- proven sales record and leadership skills;
- valid driver’s license.
experience in specialty pharmacy distribution.
High-Value- expertise in PAH, PH-ILD, and pulmonary/vascular medicines;
- experience with face-to-face healthcare provider engagement;
- remote work setup with 75-80% travel;
- competitive salary range ($130K-$180K) with incentive potential.
Focus on expanding awareness and access to niche therapies, supporting the treatment of rare, serious diseases with specialty pharma strategies.
