- Own and grow Flai's go-to-market presence across Washington and Oregon.
- Work directly with founders and help shape how Flai wins the dealership market.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect, meet, pitch, and close dealerships and dealer groups.
- Build and manage pipeline, keep CRM clean, and share insights with Product.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales execution with automotive experience and strong communication.
- Comfort with field sales, operational discipline, and a founder mindset.
Flai is building an AI-native communications platform for automotive dealerships, transforming how they operate with voice AI products. Backed by major investors, we are a small, scrappy team that has grown rapidly and continues to operate with speed and ambition.
