Pay: $18.00 per hour
What You'll Do- Reach out to warm leads provided by the company via phone, text, and social media to introduce our mobile games
- Explain game features, pricing, and how to purchase or download
- Guide interested customers through checkout and onboarding using our CRM system
- Track daily and weekly outreach and sales activity in the CRM
- Follow company scripts, pricing guidelines, and promotional campaigns
- Report results to your manager and stay current on product updates
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills over phone, text, and social media
- Comfortable with self-directed, remote work
- Basic smartphone and computer proficiency
- Reliable and organized in tracking leads and following up
