the isocyanurate technology leader will develop and improve the polyisocyanurate insulation board manufacturing process in the iso facilities within amrize.

• design, develop and implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.

• identify and resolve production issues related to the equipment and processes.

• analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• maintain technical documentation and records of equipment, processes and improvements.

• research and maintain a library of equipment technology and suppliers.

• provide technical assistance and training to production personnel.

• participate on teams focused on quality and process improvement for the polyiso insulation board product lines.
