Prestige Partners is growing, and we're looking for a small number of people to mentor personally as licensed financial services representatives. This is a real career path in financial services. You'll get licensed in Life & Health insurance (we guide you through every step), learn how to help families with retirement planning and income protection, and build a business with one-on-one mentorship from day one.

What you'll do:

• Learn financial strategies based on each client's goals and needs
• Educate families and business owners on retirement planning and protection
• Build genuine client relationships with mentorship and team support
• Train weekly and grow toward leadership as you develop

Compensation — let's be direct: This is commission-based, not a salary. You're paid per client you help, plus incentives — so your income reflects your effort. Part-time producers in their first year typically earn around $30K–$60K; full-time producers range higher, up to $165K. We'll show you exactly how the math works on your first call.

Requirements:

• U.S. resident, 18+
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we guide you)
• Strong communication skills and professional integrity
• Coachable, accountable, and ready to learn
