SBA Business Development Officers

NOW HIRING: SBA Business Development Officers (Remote)

Are you an experienced SBA lender who knows how to build relationships, generate new business, and consistently close deals? I’m seeking four high-performing Business Development Officers to join a leading nationwide lender.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S., excluding California and Texas

Schedule: Full-time

Base salary: $92,000–$100,000

First-year on-target earnings: Approximately $450,000–$600,000, based on performance.

• Generate and develop new SBA lending opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, brokers, and referral partners.
• Structure and present financing solutions, including SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and commercial real estate loans.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through underwriting and funding.
• Use Salesforce and other systems to manage your pipeline.

• At least 4–5 years of experience selling SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans.
• 
  ***** A track record of approximately $20 million or more in annual SBA loan production over the past three years. ****
• A hunter mindset and the ability to develop new business.
• An established referral network is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, financial statements, cash flow, and loan structuring.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Candidates will need to provide a three-year loan production report with $20+ Million in annual SBA Loan production over the past three years as part of the submission process.
