We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Admissions Coordinator to manage inbound parent leads and drive school visit conversions
. The role involves connecting with parents, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, pitching the school effectively, scheduling visits and ensuring consistent follow-ups until closure.
Skills:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong calling, probing and parent engagement skills
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to influence and convert
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills
- Experience with CRM and maintaining accurate lead data
- Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling or education sales preferred.
Work Mode - Work from Home (6 days working)
Candidates must have their own laptop/computer for work-related purposes.
