- Lead North American retail for an international beauty and consumer brands portfolio.
- Build scalable retail processes in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own retail business, manage partner relationships, and secure new national accounts.
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to national rollouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute retail initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years selling to major U.S. retailers and launching brands nationally.
- Strong negotiation, category management, and relationship skills.
- Based in Miami, willing to travel across US and occasionally to Israel.
- Remote work arrangement based in Miami.
- Ownership and autonomy over retail strategy.
- Travel across US and occasional international visits.
