We're looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter who can get CTOs and VPs of Engineering on the phone and book real conversations.

• [$150] per held qualified meeting
• [$750] bonus per meeting that becomes a signed client
• Paid every two weeks bi-weekly
• A meeting rescheduled and held within 20 days still counts

• Company: [20–500] employees, in-house engineering team of [5+]
• Contact: CTO, VP/Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, or founder/CEO of a tech company
• Confirmed need or active interest in adding engineering capacity within [6] months
• The prospect attends a 20+ minute discovery call with our team

• Verified lead lists [and dialer access]
• ICP, positioning, call script, and objection guide
• CRM access and a calendar link for booking
• Direct feedback on every meeting you book

• Make outbound calls to decision-makers in the US, UK, and Nordics
• Qualify against the criteria above and book discovery calls
• Log every call outcome in the CRM

• Native-level or excellent spoken English
• 2+ years of B2B cold calling with senior buyers
• Experience in IT services, outsourcing, staff augmentation, or SaaS (strongly preferred)
• Availability during US East Coast and/or UK business hours

Strong test performers move to a full lead volume and higher per-meeting rates.
