Position: Soil and Plant Scientist
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $70–$125/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities- Design domain‑specific questions and scenarios based on real‑world soil and plant science practice.
- Apply professional expertise in soil science, plant biology, or agronomy to support AI research and evaluation.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, structured formats suitable for AI training.
- Contribute to improving AI system accuracy in soil and plant science–related reasoning and analysis.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deliverables and quality standards.
- Strong full‑time professional experience as a Soil and Plant Scientist.
- Strong ability to communicate scientific reasoning and domain knowledge in written form.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
