Accountabilities:

• Serve as a floating resource across multiple departments, including Research Operations, Site Operations, and Data Management
• Support key functions like quality control, user access testing, training tracking, and regulatory documentation
• Prepare materials such as Master Plans, meeting minutes, source documentation, and distribute study-related content
• Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors to resolve data queries and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Manage study data flow including receipt, review, and feedback for endpoint testing
• Participate in and contribute to team meetings, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met
• Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, company SOPs, and federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide study coordination support as needed across various clinical trials

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; nursing or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with FDA and ICH regulations, and basic knowledge of the clinical trial process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and organization skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus efficiently, and work collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Willingness to take direction and contribute to team success
